All 3D models, designs, images, and content on Delta Forge Games are our intellectual property. When purchasing a digital file, you receive a non-transferable, non-commercial license to print the models for personal use only. Reselling, redistributing, or modifying our models for commercial purposes without permission is prohibited.

4. Orders, Payments, & Pricing

Prices are displayed in Pound Sterling and may be subject to change. We accept payments through Paypal. Orders are confirmed once payment is received. Delta Forge Games reserves the right to cancel orders due to pricing errors, stock issues, or suspected fraud.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Physical products are shipped via Royal Mail and the Post Office UK. Delta Forge Games is not responsible for customs fees, import taxes, or delivery delays caused by third parties. If a product is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us within 7 days for a resolution.

6. Refunds & Returns

Digital products (STL files) are non-refundable, as they are instant downloads. Physical products may be eligible for a return or replacement if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. To request a return, contact us at customerservices@novagames.uk within 1 day of receiving your order.

7. Limitation of Liability

Delta Forge Games is not responsible for damages, injuries, or issues arising from improper use of our models, including printing defects or misuse in wargaming. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the product.
